Harold - Life Education Trailer
We are learning about needing a variety of food for energy.
We learnt to name the things that our bodies need to keep healthy and happy. Understand that we eat different food all through the day. Find some body parts that our food goes through to help give us energy.
We met Ann and Harold it was really exciting in the mobile classroom.

Letter V
On Monday we learnt about the letter 'v'. We learnt its name, sound and something that started with the letter. A volcano.
We made a volcano out of play dough, cut up green paper to make grass and trees and stamped a dinosaur and cut around it.
Check out our fantastic efforts.

Magic Tree
Over the holidays Mrs McKinley finished painting and decorating the "Magic Tree". The Magic Tree is about the children learning their alphabet letter names/sounds and sight words through the reading levels.
Today Lilla and Jayden were able to put their "Caterpillar" for completing their alphabet letter name and "Teddy Bear" for their basic sight words. Ka mau te wehi! Well done.
